CALIBER was registered under Indian Companies act as 100 percent Export Oriented Unit (EOU) to provide engineering application software development, embedded hardware product design, high speed interconnect design ,electrical analysis and manufacturing support services.

CALIBER developed PCB design, manufacturing and assembly software utilities for board design and component assembly houses CALIBER developed software tools for designing ATE test interface boards and owns the software IP. The tools reduced the design time and cost to one third.

CALIBER proved the capability to design test boards in a short duration to KNS and setup 30 member ATE design team to deliver 130 designs per quarter.

Everett Charles technologies become a client for Caliber to design test boards. Caliber's designers awarded IPC certification and Caliber become IPCA member.

CALIBER acquired Cadence Allegro , Mentor PADS and Expedition licensed and customized the design routing tools to provide low cost boards design services.This tools considerably reduced the investment on software licenses cost and enabled Caliber to provide design service for attractive cost. CAM process work development from 2004 using Parcam,CAM350 and Valor tools. Embedded Tool developments and training division started.

CALIBER employed 100 plus board designers ,package designers and SI analysts and handling around 70 test boards designs per month for various customers spreading around the globe. Caliber become a vendor to I2 technologies for Component database management development High speed design team with SI flow development – designed for Mind tree, Lattice semiconductors Formed signal integrity analysis, power integrityanalysis development team. Caliber presented in Cadence Technical Show – presented ATE design development using Allegro and won the best paper presentation award. Caliber designed MLO/ MLC Substrate packages for Vertical probe cards.

CALIBER become a reliable design vendor to many test board vendors and marked itself as a reliable board service provider using its own ATE design IPs . Substrate package designing development – designed for Kyocera, IPAC, Corewell, ASE, presented paper in Packaging seminar by ASAT Designed boards for TI’s Load board suppliers from 2005 – For Teradyne,DTS, One Source and ECT. Worked with Bridge-Korea ,MPI-Taiwan ,Wentworth for design and development of high density MEMs probe cards and MLO/MLCs

Caliber developed software and algorithm for Test vector Format conversion – awarded the best PG project from VLSI Society of India.
